Markus brings over a decade of top-level executive search experience, placing high-impact leaders across national and international markets.

Before building his career in executive search, Markus was a successful national-level swimmer - a testament to his dedication, discipline, and drive. His passion for self-development and exploring remote corners of the world has shaped his open-minded, curious approach to both life and leadership.

What truly distinguishes Markus is his straightforward, clear communication and his ability to connect deeply with candidates and clients alike. He listens attentively, understands the unique culture and challenges of each organization, and aligns every search with the client’s long-term vision.

Dominique Lohmann

​Founder I Managing Partner Business & People Development

Dominique combines international consulting experience with entrepreneurial vision and a clear focus on the development of people and organizations. Her professional career has taken her from an international top executive search firm into self-employment as a personnel consultant and business coach - and today into her role as Head of Business & People Development at Lohmann Executives. There, she shapes the company’s strategic development and builds sustainable relationships with partners and clients.

Her approach is characterized by analytical precision and the ability to recognize potential at an early stage. Whether working with leaders or organizations, she knows how to make individual strengths visible while sharpening the view for the bigger picture. In doing so, she leverages her coaching and diagnostics expertise, for example, through the LINC Personality Profiler, sustainable onboarding programs, and the support of change processes.

​

Sports and travel are just as much a part of her life as her professional passion: in karate, she has achieved the brown belt and is currently working toward the black belt. This journey represents discipline, focus, and perseverance, values that also shape her professional attitude. Long-distance travel, even with three children, is for her a source of energy, new perspectives, and inspiration - qualities she directly brings into her work.
